I can't say I was an Amy Poehler fan before. I have never watched a single episode of Parks & Recc. That said, it was simply interesting to hear about a person's journey from one of thousands of improv comics to a recognized star. She does not give a lot of insight or behind the scenes stories (a few tidbits), but it was at least somewhat entertaining. Not a book I would pull out and re-visit like Chris Hardwick's, but still pretty good.
