In one day...the latest offering in the DEAD series will be available, Dead: Confrontation will be available. This is the longest of all the previous books. Not only that, but it also includes the full-length offering, That Ghoul Ava: Her First Adventures. Yep, for those of you who have held steadfast to your physical books, I felt you should have the chance to fall in love with my favorite ghoul, so at the end of Dead: Confrontation, you will find the story that launched my Ava story line.
All that said, the bottom line is that I am very excited about this offering as well as experiencing the jitters like I do before every release. I am always waiting for those first reviews. Of course I have the hardcore fans who practically know my story better than I do. Then there are the new fans I have never heard from or interacted with who offer an entirely different thrill.
One of the things that really makes it fun is that, back in the early days, I used to have to keep going to Amazon and hitting the 'refresh' key to see if my book is available. Now, it comes up on my Amazon sales page...usually way before I see it show up on Amazon.com. THAT is exciting stuff...at least for me.
Now, I know that I should be doing my 30 minute reader post today, but honestly I am very excited about my sixth book in the DEAD series. So next week I will be sharing a new book. DeleteJust bought the ebook. I can't wait to dive in. I started reading your zomblog books and got hooked. I enjoy your writing style and your out look on how people work together in the worst situations. I love your writing has the effect of transporting me in to your world. The only sad thing is after I finish this book, I'll have to wait forever for your next one!
