Fresh Blood...gotta have it!

Today, more faces that may be new to the horror crowd. Some of these authors had a dirty little secret...the always wanted to write a horror story. But, for whatever the reason...they never dug up the nerve. Some of these names are new to writing altogether. Yet, each of them brought a great story to the table for Fresh Blood.

Reviewer Mallory said this: "This anthology is "quite different," in fact it is specifically designed to showcase writers "new" to horror. So with that in mind, reading these stories in which the horror is sublime, or overt; psychological or mythical; homegrown or "foreign," I found it surprising that yes, there is real horror here, and very well written too. Clearly each of the ten authors has a future in horror, should she or he wish it. Kudos to May December Publications for coming up with this idea, and then for bringing it into reality. Each one of these stories is divergent, and each is a winner. Now I've got a new subset of authors for whom to watch!
