Free Audio Books? Ummm...yep.

Get it HERE!

So, I was sitting here at my desk after a pretty lousy couple of days. (Yeah, Thursday rocked, but this weekend was a non-stop kick in the crotch. Stupid personal stuff that you would not be interested in...trust me.)
Get if HERE!

But that got me to thinking...I know, it doesn't happen often, but when it does, it is usually good. I have really been digging the audio books lately. When I am working, taking the dogs for a walk, or driving through the desert wastelands of Eastern Oregon, they are a good way to pass the time.

So, who wants one of FIVE free sets of the original ZOMBLOG series?

Get it HERE!

In fact, to sweeten the pot...how about I throw in Zomblog: Snoe as well. I can't think of a better way to get you ready for the 6th and final book in the series. Yep, October 30th, Zomblog: Snoe's Journey will hit the world.

And you might notice that I gave you a link to check it out on Audible.com just in case you can't wait and want to buy it right now!

So, how do you win one of these FIVE sets of 4 audiobooks? Simple...just leave a comment telling me why you should win. You have until midnight Friday to enter, and when I wake up on Saturday, I will pick the winners and list them by name on a special edition of my blog that will be posted sometime Saturday morning/afternoon.

It doesn't get much easier than that.

Sadly, the silly people at Audible.com have not figured out a way to make this work outside of the United States. But have patience my overseas friends...I will find a way!

  2. Honestly, I DON'T deserve to win. But I'd like to enter for a high school friend and long haul trucker who doesn't have the access to the internet like I do. She was one of my best friends growing up and is still pretty close to the family now. She's an awesome gal and she loves listening to books while driving. I can't think of a better way to get somebody hooked on zombie audio than your books.
Win or lose, you know you're tops with me bud.

  3. I would love to win and feel that my ability to spread the word is pretty much part of my charm. I do not deserve to win more than anyone else, I just think that I am a good sounding board, town crier, and advocate of all things MDP and Indie. If you call that deserving, then I will accept the title :)

  6. I should win because I love zombie stuff, write zombie stuff, and will recognize the pure genius of it all! Plus, even if the audio was recorded in zombie-speak, I'll understand it. Yes, I'm just that awesome. Maybe not... It's a skill I acquired while being married for 12 years. I can understand so much from mere grunts and groans.

Note: My ability to understand zombie-speak should not only win me the audio books, it should also win me a place on your Zpoc team! ;)

  8. Hmmm, why should I win awesome books? Well, I am a fan of the DEAD series but have yet to read any in the Zomblog collection. I also am an Audible member with a new obsession for audio books. I think an audio version would be an amazing way to experience zombie stuff!

  9. Honestly, if not for Zomblog, I would not have gotten into your books. It was free on Amazon one day and I downloaded it. You have become one of my favorite authors. I've been corrupting my friends and family with your books every chance I get. I've posted links to some of your books on my fb page when they're on specials to try to spread the zombies. Does that make me a carrier for knowingly infecting others with the zombie bug?

I have read a few of them out loud to my sister who has a reading issue. She enjoys them a ton. I know I stumble over words and sometimes my voice gets scratchy and have to pause at weird spots, but she likes to listen anyway. Sometimes I get to into the story and my voice trails away as I read on. That's when she has to get my attention to draw me back out to keep reading to her so she can fall into the story too.

It would tickle me purple (I like the color purple way better than pink!) to be able to turn on the books and fall into the story with her at the same time. To watch her face & reactions rather than watching the book to keep the pace from slipping.

If nothing else, thank you for writing the books. They really are a great read.

  10. I would like to win because I really enjoy reading and have enjoyed your books. I work twelve hours on saterday and sunday, makes for a long day with no books to read. I am waiting on Zombie Fallout 7 on audiobook now and need something to listen to before and after. It would be nice to catch a break and win something.

  11. I'd absolutely love a chance to win a set of the Zomblog audio books! As a busy wife and mom, Audible books get me through my day. I listen while cleaning, doing dishes, walking the dog... Something about Audible books just make the whole book experience more enjoyable. And your Zomblog books were the very first zombie stories I ever read- they set a high bar that few I've read since have come close to. Having them in Audible format and not just e-books would be wonderful!
